How can I control static after styling?
Static occurs primarily in the winter because your hair is craving moisture. A little bit of the right product can give you great static control without leaving your hair feeling heavy. Try Paul Mitchell’s Awapuhi Moisture Mist or Gloss Drops, which calms hair and adds a nice finish. Defining Wonder Wax by Davines is versatile enough for all hair types and provides texture, shine, and static control. After applying your product of choice, hit your hair with a light hairspray, such as Oribe's Superfine.

How can I prevent a dry scalp?
Dry scalp and dry hair are often the result of using alcohol-based products and excessive blow-drying. To solve this problem, stick with products that moisturize. The MOMO product line from Davines includes a fantastic moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Or try Oribe’s Brilliance and Shine moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. For supreme hydration, follow up once or twice a week with Oribe’s Signature Moisture Masque. (Women with thick hair can use this daily.) Davines’ DEDE Moisturizing Leave-In Conditioner or MOMO Fluid is a good alternative to a mousse, which can also cause dryness.

How can I prevent flyaways?
